FOR BEST RESULTS

Priming: Use to prime all types of bare or painted interior surfaces including wood, drywall, cured plaster, concrete, stucco and masonry, metal and PVC. Adheres to dense, glossy surfaces without sanding or deglossing.
Spot Priming: BIN is great for exterior spot priming and is the only primer that effectively seals knots and sap streaks.
Sealing: BIN seals porous surfaces and dries to a smooth finish so paints have better coverage and consistent sheen. The traditional enamel undercoat for professionals.
Stain and Odor Blocking: BIN will block stains from water, grease, oil, soot, rust, mildew, tannin, even crayon and lipstick, and will effectively block odors from fire damage, smoke mildew, pet urine, fireplace and furnace puff-backs, etc.
Surface Prep: Surface should be clean, dry, sound and free of dust, dirt, excessive chalky material, grime, grease, oil, wax, mildew, wallpaper adhesive or any contamination that may interfere with adhesion. If unsure, wash surface with an appropriate cleaner. Kill any mold or mildew.
Application: Eliminate all sources of ignition such as sparks or open flames and ensure adequate ventilation. Shake or stir well and apply using brush or roller. Apply between 0 degrees F and 90 degrees F.
Coverage: Approx. 100-125 SF per quart.May vary with application method and surface porosity.
Dry time: Dries to the touch in about 15 minutes, can be topcoated in 45 minutes.
Cleanup: equal parts household ammonia and water or denatured alcohol. Wipe up splatters before they dry.
Limitations: Not recommended for full surface application on exterior substrates, for excessively humid interior areas or surfaces subject to immersion or prolonged contact with water.
