FUSION METALLIC PAINTS USES PURE MICA PIGMENTS WHICH GIVES IT AN AMAZING SHIMMER, UNLIKE ANY OTHER ON THE MARKET.
Fusion metallic paints work just as the regular Fusion Mineral Paints do! You can apply to virtually any surface following the same prep rules recommended for Fusion Mineral Paints.
Here’s a Tip…
Metallic Paints are fairly transparent so to help with coverage, before painting the metallic color, first paint a coat of a Fusion Mineral Paint in a solid paint color that is similar. Here are some examples.
- Pearl: Raw Silk or one of the whites base
- Champagne use Champlain
- Champagne Gold: Bedford
- Copper: Mustard or Tuscan Orange base
- Brushed Steel: Little Lamb or Ash base
- Pale Gold and Gold: Mustard base
- Bronze: Ash base
- Rose Gold: Damask base
- Vintage Gold: Bedford base
Fusion Mineral Paint is made with the best quality, finely ground natural mineral pigments means you can get better coverage and depth of color elsewhere!
One pint of Fusion Mineral paint covers approx. 75 sq. ft. which compared to a quart in a chalk type paint. Because Fusion Mineral Paint is made with natural mineral pigments it is UV protected and will not fade.
Fusion Mineral Paint is virtually odorless. The environmentally and health conscious formula is also lead free, phlalate free, formaldehyde free, ammonia free.
It is made with a 100% industrial grade resin acrylic base, NO additives like latex or vinyl common in other paints. This makes Fusion extremely durable and totally waterproof, good for interior and exterior.
Fusion Mineral Paint has a built in sealant, no waxing or topcoat needed, but you can if you want to for added sheen or for extra high traffic areas.
